Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sausage and chicken, cooking until browned.
Add onions, bell pepper, and celery. Sauté until softened.
Stir in garlic, Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, black pepper, and thyme. Cook for another minute.
Pour in chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
Add pasta and stir well. Cover and let simmer for 15-20 minutes until pasta is cooked.
Stir in parsley and green onions before serving.
Notes
This dish is best served hot and can be adjusted for spice level by adding extra Cajun seasoning or hot sauce.
